If you request information on this site we keep the name, email, phone, and note you send so Ron can reply. Product workspaces hold account details, conversations, build notes, and billing status. We do not sell that information.
We send SMS from (980) 321-7919 when you have given us the number and a reason to text: a reply to a message you sent, an operational alert you asked for, or a one-time confirmation to a number we already have on file.
We do not use these numbers for random marketing blasts. If a product (for example a shop or a staffing tool) texts under its own campaign, that product’s opt-in is separate and will say so. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Program terms: kyujo.com/terms.
Inquiry notes stay until the conversation is done or you ask us to delete them. Product data can be exported and deleted from the app. Delivered git history is outside the app and is not rewritten by an account delete.
